Travelling

I like travelling.

I have a group of friends share the same interest. Liew is the leader, she is supporter for Air Asia and a die-hard traveler. She will be in M'sia for 11months every year and another one month, dont know which country she will be in.
Beside Liew is the leader, we have WP, BC and Stella. Although, everyone is busy for their own life, but we still manage to gather together at least once a year to go travel. Come to travel, no matter how busy, how high position they are, we still able to get ourselves together.
Lately, we have been to Borobudur, Indonesia.

Talk about our leader, Liew. We always ask her to set-up a company call "Liew Enterprise". This co will do only travelling business and their customer balik-balik us. No profit co.

Before we go for our trip, we do a lot of preparation. Tx to Lonely Planet and we able to get very real and update info.

And our trip is so-called "budget" trip. Budget airway, guesthouse, public transport, hawker or street food. There is no "luxury" come to our mind.
Luckily, most of the places we have visited so far, the guesthouse just clean and nice. especially the guesthouse at Kanchanaburi, Thailand, the bedsheet was white and the toilet was clean. But we also came across very lousy "so-called" hotel at Surabaya, expensive but dirty.
Come to public transport, I still can recalled what happen in Surabaya. The mini-van driver detour from his original route becos he wanted to take us although there were other passengers. Can this happen in M'sia?
Cambodia - the public transport i give only one word "wow!!!!!!! terrible".

For the F & B, i like very much the Vietnam coffee, is tooooooooo good. and the vietnamese noodle also one of my favorite.

Shopping for sure is an activiti cannot be missed. When come to shopping, we dare not claim ourselves as traveller (bcos traveller only take pic but not buying any souvenier or shopping). Instead we are shopping queen. There must be a day we allocate for shopping.

Which place i like the most? I will say Mount Bromo.. It is life valcano and the weather is cool. The mountain range and the valley surrounding Mt Bromo is magnificent. I strongly recommend this place. Our journey from Bali to mt Bromo also unforgattable. After 6-7 hrs by road/sea fr Bali, we finally arrived at Probolingo. But the driver wanted us to get-off before reaching the bus terminal and it was 2-3am in the morning. Tx to Liew who was very firm and confident that this was not our destination and we refused to get-off. No others obtion, the bus driver drove us to the bus terminal. Not only unforgettable but very life threatening.

Balinese can speak very well english. Thais english not so good. Indonesia, bahasa boleh pakai. At China, sure "mei wen ti...........
At cambodia and Vietnam, the new generation is starting to learn Mandarin.
When come to "Chicken and duck speaking" body-language is the only way to communicate.

There still a lot of story to share, and i will post some interesting pic.
